393 posts Posted 12 December 2021 0134 PM Going vegan alone won’t fix your acne if you are eating too many processed foods or fats I eat HCLF (1015% calories from fat) all whole plant foods and with that I don’t have any hormonal acne It has also helped make my KP much less visible.
